Wyoming White (Blizzard) Clownfish
Wyoming White Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris)
The Wyoming White Clownfish is a stunning variety of Ocellaris Clownfish, featuring a striking marble white coloration. This remarkable color variety is the result of generations of successful breeding of Gladiator Clownfish. While similar in appearance to the snowy white Platinum Clownfish, the Wyoming White Clownfish boasts deeper orange hues and typically lacks pigmentation in the dorsal fin. For those interested in fish morphology, you’ll notice that the Wyoming White Clownfish has 11 dorsal spines, one more than the Platinum Clownfish. Captive-Bred ORA Ocellaris Clownfish have distinct advantages over wild-harvested species. They are notably hardy and well-adapted to the conditions typically found in home aquariums, making them an excellent choice for both novice and experienced aquarists.
